KHS Ice Arena (sometimes "KHS", "us", "our", "we") is a publicly accessible institution combining an ice skating rink, a cafeteria and a retail store ("Pro Shop").

Information this site gathers/tracks

Our web site logs IP addresses and browser types, but we do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user's session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous. You can browse our site without entering any personal information and therefore remain anonymous during your visit.

We maintain a separate list of email addresses which we use to send you schedule updates, order status and our newsletter, containing news about the subjects you and fellow readers have asked us about. If you would rather not receive emails on any of those subjects, you can opt out on our web site.

The only other place where we collect personal information on our Web site is the order form, which asks for billing information such as name, postal address, email address and credit card number should you decide to place an order online.

Our Website logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes and these logs are analyzed to constantly improve the value of the materials available on the website.

Order Form

The information that we require on our order form is used to process your orders quickly and accurately. Your contact information will be used to send you the product that you have purchased and your billing information will only be used to bill you for that product. This information may be used for marketing purposes only by us. We do not sell or otherwise disclose customer's information to anyone. A customer's contact information is also used to contact a visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings when creating an account with us or any time after this.

Security

When you place an order online, you will be redirected to our online merchant gateway, which will process your order and return us a result of that process. We will then put a flag in our database that your order has been approved and will ship it at that point. We will not store your credit card information or any other valuable information such as PIN, your name, address etc in our database or log files.

Further, nothing in this Privacy Policy is designed to protect the privacy of visitors whose use of the Company's Website is, in our opinion, or that of our attorneys or affiliates is intended for illegal, improper or abusive purposes, for purposes of marketing or solicitation, or would violate any other terms and conditions relating to use of the Web site.
